This was the best experience in live this company is the #1 hands down. Everyone has a great heart and care about the community and customers. They made me feel so happy today I was getting a donut tire put on and the owner said no I’m giving you a new tire so you can get to work. Thank you AW’s your the best.#1

The gentleman that’s in charge of theI emissions was very unhelpful. The lady at the desk was very helpful and I took it to a different reputable small auto business and they ran it through emissions, it failed and they diagnosed why the check engine light was on. That young man needs to learn customer service.

Went for a state inspection. It was fast and efficient. All good there. The vibe is strange in this place though. First the waiting room has a giant TV screen with Jesus stuff, which is quite odd for a business, even in the South. I don't go to a mechanic to be subjected to evangelist propaganda. Second, the staff seems off. The lady is nice but seems almost too much so, so obsequious that it comes across as untrue. The mechanics are not rude per se, but they are completely un-human, literally not a word throughout service, not a smile, barely any eye contact when you speak to them. Nothing against the work done, but the experience was uneasy for me. The whole thing was bizarre.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. In January, we had our alternator replaced here. We picked up the car after hours, and within 10 minutes of driving, it shut off. After that, we went through a long process trying to diagnose the issue. Two other shops told us it still appeared to be the alternator. One mechanic could even see the top of it and said it looked like it had never been replaced. After we threatened legal action, the owner called us and asked us to bring the car back. After being stranded on the side of the road three separate times and getting multiple diagnoses from other shops, we returned the vehicle. At that point, they finally replaced the alternator, despite previously claiming it had already been done. During the process, they also broke the hood release clip and damaged a side trim piece on the driver’s side of the car. Overall, this was a very frustrating and costly experience, and I would strongly caution others before using this shop.
